Returns
The returns are possible within 10 days from the date of receipt. Please send us an e-mail for further instructions: shop@mintymood.ch or use our website’s contact form.
Products cannot be used or have any sign of use. They have to be in the original package, with all labels and folded exactly how they were delivered.
The customer fully covers return costs.
Medina Trade reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not fulfilled.
Once the return is verified and approved by us, the full cost of the article will be refunded within 10 working days. We don't refund the cost of delivery.
It's not possible to return products on personalized order, tailored for a special demand of a client.
Complaints
For a defective product or any failure with delivery it is imperative to notify us the same day of the receipt or at the latest, the first working day after the receipt. The claim must be in written form, sent to us by email y by email (shop@mintymood.ch) or using the contact form on our website, with detailed description of the problem and attached pictures if possible. Products cannot be used or have any sign of use. They have to be in the original package and packed exactly how they were delivered.

Damaged parcel
When receiving a damaged parcel, it must not be opened. It is necessary to immediately contact your post office or courier company to report the damage and to receive a report from them. Also, please inform us the same day of the reception or, at the latest, the first working day following the reception and attach the report from the post office or courier company by email (shop@mintymood.ch) or using the contact form on our website.
