The following terms and conditions are exclusively applied to customer’s orders made in our online shop, hosted on www.mintymood.ch. 

Minty Mood is an online store where you can buy products for babies, kids, games, and accessories for the whole family. 

The owner of Minty Mood boutique is the company Medina Trade, based in Switzerland (1304 Cossonay, VD), tax registration number CHE-430.174.492, who is authorized to carry out commercial transactions. 

Contract

A contract of sale is made between Medina Trade and a customer.

A customer confirms the willingness to buy goods by clicking the button “confirm your order and pay”.

Medina Trade is obliged to send the ordered products after receiving the payment for the order. 

The contract is fulfilled when the order is paid and goods are sent. 

Prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs. The amounts are net, including VAT. The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one displayed on the site at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice and at any time, including special offers, promotions, or other marketing actions. 

The price displayed does not include the delivery costs. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated in the heading “basket” and is subject to the customer’s approval before the validation of each order. The amount may vary depending on the weight of your package.

Medina Trade ensures that all prices listed on the site are correct, but can not guarantee the absolute absence of errors. If an error in the price of an item should occur, Medina Trade will ask the customer to confirm pursuing the purchase of the product at the exact price or cancel the order.

When paying by bank transfer, you are obliged to make the payment within 3 business days. Any order signed electronically by clicking “I confirm my order” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance and implies the payment of the full amount. After this period of 3 working days, if we have not registered with the Migros Bank the full payment, we can not guarantee the availability of the items ordered. 

We do not deliver orders against invoice and do not accept checks.

Delivery

For deliveries within Switzerland, delivery is made to the address specified by the customer when ordering. When placing an order, the customer chooses the delivery method and accepts its price and approximate delivery time.

Swiss Post Priority - 10.50 CHF 

Free shipping on orders over 150 CHF

Pick-up point in Cossonay

For shipments outside Switzerland, delivery times may vary, Medina Trade declines any responsibility in case of delayed delivery due to postal services, and in case of loss of products ordered or strike. The customer is informed that any additional costs (taxes and other customs duties) requested by the local postal services for the reception of the goods, are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and complains

The returns are possible within 10 days from the date of receipt. The request must be in written form, sent to us by email (shop@mintymood.ch), or using our website’s contact form. 

Products cannot be used or have any sign of use. They have to be in the original package and packed exactly how they were delivered.

The customer fully covers return costs. 

Medina Trade reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not fulfilled. 

Once the return is verified and approved by us, the full cost of the article will be refunded within 10 working days. We don't refund the cost of delivery.

It is not possible to exchange or return products bought during campaigns, as they are tailored to each order.

For a defective product or any failure with delivery it is imperative to notify us the same day of the receipt or at the latest, the first working day after the receipt. The claim must be in written form, sent to us by email y by email (returns@mintymood.ch) or using the contact form on our website, with detailed description of the problem and attached pictures if possible. Products cannot be used or have any sign of use. They have to be in the original package and packed exactly how they were delivered.

Medina Trade reserves the right to refuse a claim if the conditions are not fulfilled. 

Once the claim is verified and approved by us, the full amount of the article will be refunded within 10 days. 

When receiving a damaged parcel, it must not be opened. It is necessary to immediately contact your post office or courier company to report the damage and to receive a report from them. Also, please inform us the same day of the reception or, at the latest, the first working day following the reception and attach the report from the post office or courier company by email (returns@mintymood.ch) or using the contact form on our website.

Data protection

The data transmitted by you will be used exclusively for the processing of your orders. All your data handled by us in strict confidentiality and we put all effort to protect it. 

Data will only be passed on by us to third parties, like shipping companies, if this is necessary for the processing of your order. 

We do not accept any liability for data security during transmission via the internet (e.g., due to technical errors) or for any possible criminal intervention by a third party enabling access to files on our website. Login and password to the boutique should be treated by the customer in strict confidentiality, as we bear no responsibility whatsoever for the use and application of this data.
